Do you need help with labor? Do you have items that need to be built and/or put together and do not have the time to do it? If so, I occasionally do by the hour labor fees.

Hang/mount items, put together purchased furniture and items, or move furniture and items.

Why charge for labor? This is the direct payment to the employee for their time and work.

Demolition is knocking something down and/or completely destroying it. Typically demolition takes place prior to renovations.

Demos can be done for clients even if the client is hiring another company for the renovation or job completion. NOT ALL “demo only” jobs will be accepted.
